Through ADFoundation, ADCORP invests in the communities where the group operates — advancing cultural preservation and community empowerment.
ADCORP believes a company earns its place by the good it leaves behind. Through the Foundation, the group directs long-term support to the communities connected to its operations — choosing to work where lasting change is possible rather than where recognition is easiest to find.
It approaches this work the way it runs its businesses — with patience, discipline, and a long horizon — rooting each commitment in a real community and stewarding its flagship program, Kampung Tenun Pamasihan.
Yayasan Bakti Anugrah Duta
The social foundation of ADCORP — dedicated to the communities the group is part of, and to the people, culture, and livelihoods that hold them together.
A program of Yayasan Bakti Anugrah Duta, Kampung Tenun Pamasihan preserves one of Indonesia's most demanding crafts — the hand-weaving of songket — in the highlands of West Sumatra, while building livelihoods for the women who keep it alive. Led by Mrs. Atitje Arryman, it supports groups of weavers across the full craft, from preparing natural dyes and spinning thread to arranging the roughly 2,900 threads that form a single piece.
This is patient work — a single songket can take between two and six months to complete. By supporting the artisans through that process, the program turns a fragile tradition into a sustainable source of income and pride, and safeguards a body of knowledge that risks disappearing with each passing generation.
We do not measure our contribution in headlines. We measure it in the years we stay, the livelihoods that grow, and the traditions that survive because someone chose to sustain them.
Safeguarding heritage crafts and the artisans who keep them alive.
Building livelihoods and dignity for communities, not dependency.
Progress measured in years of commitment, not one-off announcements.
